Reservations and confirmation

Send an enquiry on this website, or call or WhatsApp the reservations desk on +91 90745 57458 (8 am – 10 pm, every day). We reply within 2 hours during desk hours with availability and the best direct rate.

Advance payment

To confirm your booking, we send a secure payment link for a 50% advance. The balance is paid at check-in.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before your check-in date, and the full advance is refunded. If you cancel within 24 hours of check-in, or do not arrive, we charge one night and refund the rest of the advance.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in is from 2:00 pm and check-out is by 12:00 pm.

Children and extra guests

Children up to 6 years stay free. Children aged 7 to 12 are charged ₹250 per child per night, and each extra adult is charged ₹1,000 per night. Extra guests are subject to the maximum occupancy of each room.

Pets

Pets are not allowed at the property.

House rules

All guests must show a valid photo ID (Aadhaar, passport, driving licence or voter ID) at check-in. Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms; please use the open areas. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am.
